What does Jolf cost?
Free includes round planning, invitations, saved groups, and one active watch at one course. Plus is $12 USD per month, with up to 10 active watches and 20 courses per watch. Eligible users can try Plus for 14 days with no card required. You only pay if you choose to subscribe. Cancel anytime in billing settings; Plus remains available through the end of your paid period. Course charges are separate.
Do I need a tee time before I start?
No. Start with a day, a time window, and a few courses to find out who’s interested. Once the host books a tee time, the group confirms the exact details.
Do my friends need an account?
Friends can preview your invitation first. To join and RSVP, they sign in with an email code. There’s no password to remember or app to download.
How do held spots work?
Showing interest joins the planning group; it isn’t a course reservation. When the host adds a booked tee time, allocated places are held until the response deadline while players confirm. A pending invitation on its own does not reserve a place.
Can I use a tee time I booked somewhere else?
Yes. Add your reservation details and invite your people. Jolf keeps your group coordinated. Joining or leaving a round doesn’t collect payment, cancel the course booking, or arrange a refund.
Can I find more people to play with?
Every round starts privately. If you have room, you can list open places for other golfers to request. You choose who joins, and your roster and group discussion stay private.
Which tee times can I find on Jolf?
Jolf brings tee times from supported San Francisco and nearby courses into one calendar. You can compare options and watch a time window for openings. Coverage and availability depend on each course and its booking provider.
